At KM Software Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and a flexible approach to cancellations and returns wherever possible. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as customer-friendly as possible while ensuring minimal disruption.
All cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover transaction and processing charges.No cancellations are allowed for orders placed under the "Same Day Delivery" category.Orders placed during special promotional periods or festivals (such as Diwali, Pongal, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.No cancellations are allowed under the Affordability Program. Products purchased using cashback offers and/or EMI options are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged (including for variants of the same product).We strive to deliver products in excellent condition. However, there may be rare occasions when you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
Conditions for Return:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any damaged or defective product.
- The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging, including all price tags, labels, and the original invoice.
- Please ensure that the return package is securely and properly packed to avoid any further damage in transit.
- The ability to return a product may be restricted depending on the product's category and nature.

Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product at KM Software Pvt Ltd or our logistics partner, the refund process will be initiated.
- For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed back to the card within 7–9 working days. It may reflect in your next billing cycle.
- For payments made through net banking, the amount will be credited back to the same bank account.
- For all other payment methods, a refund cheque will be issued in the name mentioned in the billing details at the time of purchase.
